Mobile Field Manager allows Construction Managers or Coordinators to update schedules in the field, which uploads directly into the Schedule. This eliminates data entry, and drastically increases efficiencies in getting current status information on any project. The following illustrations outline the process of the Mobile Field Manager.


List of activities downloaded to the Palm or Pocket PC device. Scrolling to the left gives more detail about the activities. Clicking on the column label will sort the activities. The buttons at the bottom of the screen allow you to filter the activity list. Entering all or part of an activity id in the space above the "Act ID" button then selecting the button will filter the list to show only activities that contain the part entered in their activity id. Double clicking an activity allows you to edit that activity on the activity detail screen.

Similar to the detail screen in P3, this screen allows you to view or edit specific information about the activity. You can modify the activities status by selecting the appropriate check boxes. Using the scroll bar in the center of the screen, you can adjust a started activity's percent complete. You can also manually edit the durations or Percent complete by typing in the appropriate fields.
